We are looking for dynamic people and hotel professionals to join one of the finest team in the city:
Guest Service Attendant
Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
- Ensure front desk operation running smoothly
- Register and assign room to arriving guests
- Pre-register arriving guests when conceivable
- Check & secure room keys
- Assign show rooms daily for site inspections
- Access and manipulate reservation system information
- Create and process reservations
- Send and receive reservation communications
- Maintains current information regarding reservation systems, lost and found, guest complains
- Handle guests complaints effectively
- Notify the Front Office Manager, Duty Manager or Director of Rooms if assistance is required
- Handle CIP, VIP and VVIP guests in accordance with the SOP
Requirements:
- Male Only.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): vhp, Front Desk.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
